These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeeetbuzz platform and all its services. By accessing the jeeetbuzz website, mobile site, or application, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jeeetbuzz, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The account must be registered in your own name — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep all information provided at registration up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

jeeetbuzz will not be held responsible for any loss on an account that occurs due to user negligence or sharing account details with a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeeetbuzz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can currently be deposited on jeeetbuzz using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable to all methods).
• The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be followed for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. See the examples below to understand how to claim the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the account is closed without fulfilling the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — the bonus is forfeited once it expires.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jeeetbuzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

The jeeetbuzz VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular gaming activity you can advance to higher VIP tiers. The benefits and terms for each tier are subject to change.

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in all types of sports betting and casino games on jeeetbuzz:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• jeeetbuzz reserves the right to review the outcome of any bet affected by a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbing") is prohibited.

5.2 Special Cricket Betting Rules

For betting on cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments):

• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the stake will be refunded.
• If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result is considered final.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

The rules of the relevant game provider also apply to slots, live casino, and other games. Game providers available on jeeetbuzz include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited:

• Operating more than one account.
• Providing false or incorrect personal information.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus "arbitrage".
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting hacking, manipulation, or any other technical interference.
• Placing bets or making deposits using a third party's funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

jeeetbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance will be returned before account closure; however, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.
